Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in MA.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and guide sanitation staff in cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities according to established schedules and SSOPs.
- Implement and maintain effective sanitation procedures and deliver ongoing training in line with the company's Sanitation Program.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and adherence to policies, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree in food science, microbiology, food safety, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a QA or Sanitation role within food manufacturing.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Education and relevant experience may be combined to meet qualifications.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
