Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop new retail opportunities across grocery chains, club stores, and specialty retailers
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Work with category managers, buyers, and broker partners
Deliver product presentations and new item pitches
Negotiate pricing and promotional programs
Support product launches with marketing materials and merchandising strategies
Identify bakery trends and develop new product ideas
Partner with brokers and distributors to expand distribution
Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings
Track sales pipeline and analyze performance
Requirements
Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in retail sales or food manufacturing
Strong understanding of grocery retail and category management
Experience working with brokers and distributors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of sales growth
